Blackburn Rose Bespoke Joinery was founded by David Blackburn, a joiner with 15 years of experience and a passion for handmade, bespoke fitted furniture.

Since completing his apprenticeship, David has worked as a bench-joiner and a shopfitter before spending many years at a well-known and high-end interior design company in Harrogate. Here David gained a wealth of experience installing high end kitchens, bathrooms, dressing rooms and fitted furniture across a range of different settings. This experience is what inspired David to form Blackburn Rose Bespoke Joinery, a friendly, local company specialising in helping customers to transform their interior spaces.

You might have fully developed ideas about the finish you want or you might have a blank sheet of paper, you may know where you want every shelf or seat to go or you may need help working out how best to use the space, that is where we come in. As every item is handmade to measure, any dream can become reality, any space can become suited to your family’s needs and any item of furniture can become a beautiful feature in your home.

David lives in Apperley Bridge with links to Harrogate, Leeds and Wetherby and in his spare time he enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sport.
